To book a bespoke event please email us to check that we have availability for your chosen date and time. Once you have received a quote from us and we have confirmed availability you can go to the page of the event you are interested in, register your event and pay the deposit. We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal on our website. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card. If you would like to pay by bank transfer please select the offline option and email us for our bank account details. We do not accept payment over the phone.
You can purchase a downloadable treasure hunt from our website and download it immediately (provided you pay using a card or PayPal. If you want to pay using a bank account then you must email us for our bank account details). We accept all major credit/debit cards and Paypal on our website. We do not accept payment over the phone. Once you have paid you can download the treasure hunt from your customer area a maximum of 3 times.
A non-refundable deposit of £5 per person of the total event participants must be made when booking. The outstanding amount for your event is payable in total 14 days prior to the event for private events and 28 days for corporate events. Changes to the number of your party can not be made after this. Although in certain circumstances we can accommodate an increase in numbers. An invoice will be emailed to you once you have confirmed your booking. It is your responsibility to check the details and confirm all information is correct. We do not accept payment over the phone.
The minimum number of people per booking for any of our events is 10. If your group is less than 10 people you can still book but you will be required to pay for 10 people.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds once a booking has been confirmed .
You must give us at least 14 days notice should you wish to cancel. Deposits are non-refundable.
We aim to provide excellent customer service and a memorable event. Should you or a member of your party have any special requirements please notify us when making your booking.
Prior to your event you will receive an email with the location and your event organiser’s name. Your event organiser will meet you at an agreed location. Should you be delayed on the day please inform your event organiser. Please dress appropriately for your event and the time of year as you will be walking for about an hour at a time. If your event ends in a public place please be aware that your event manager will be on foot and is under no obligation to carry any of your picnic or drinks. If you would like them to carry anything please make it one or two light bags.
